Responsibilities:

1. Responsible of the internal control follow up of all the accounting codes of the trial balance of the bank using CaseWare Working Papers tool.
2. Backup of the Accounting analyst in charge of preparing and sending the reports established by the regulatory body (ATOMO).
3. Elaborate financial statements and notes that consolidate with all disclosures that are needed to present in accordance to the IFRs and the rules of the SBP.
4. Monthly preparation of the Tax estimation of the bank. (estimated and deferred tax)
5. Supervise and review the elaboration of the bank´s payroll and the regulatory payroll report (DGI and CSS) in case the Accounting Senior Manager is absent.
6. Responsible as a backup of the elaboration of the payroll and regulatory reports (DGI and CSS) in case the Sr. Analyst in charge is on vacations or have any sick leave.
7. Responsible of the elaboration of CSS and DGI (SIPE and Planilla 03) reports.
8. Supervise and review the payroll of the bank employees. As a backup approve the payroll system softland in case the SIPE legal representative is absent.
9. Responsible of reviewing the bank reconciliation prepare by the accounting assistant/ analyst in case the of the Accounting Sr. Manager is absent.
10. Support the Accounting Sr. Manager with the External Auditors and Tax Advisors of the bank.
11. Responsible as a backup of reviewing and approving all expenses (vendors invoices) and reimbursements in the FMS System. Coordinate the payments in Banks system (approvals)
12. Any other function assigned by the Head of the department or Accounting Sr. Manager.

Requisitos

1. Accounting Degree (CPA) or Finance Degree.

2. Master in Finance, Accounting or related areas is a most.

3. Banking Certifications.

4. 6 to 8 years of experience in accounting (developing reports and payroll.)

5.Knowledge of the SBP rules.

6. Experience in the Banking area.
