Descripción del puesto

1. Update the internal audit policies and procedures to guide the internal audit activity.

2. Counduct audit inspections according to annual plan, evaluate the sufficiency and validity of the internal control system, identify deficiencies and write audit reports.

3. Continuously follow up finding status and promote problem rectification.

4. Prepare and periodically report to the internal audit committee.

5. Plan and supervise continuing education activities of the internal audit units.

6. Assist the requirements of external auditors and regulatory bodies

7. Other responsibilities assigned by the Internal Audit Department of Overseas branches of Head Offices, Head Office and/ or General Management.

Requisitos

1. Bachelor degree in Finance, Banking, Auditing, Accounting, IT, Administration or other related areas.

2. Spoken and written advance English.

3. At least 3 years of relevant experience in internal/external audit, financial operations, risk management, regulatory etc.

4. Knowledge of regulations (Banking agreements and laws issued by the SBP and others applicable to banking operations);

5. Knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing.

6. High ethical standards.

7. Preferred: certified internal auditor (CIA), IT, cooperate loans.
